Aparte de ser el quinto álbum de la banda californiana Slayer, Seasons in the abyss también es el tema que cierra el disco.El disco fue grabado en 1989 y lanzado en 1990. Fue el último álbum con Dave Lombardo antes de dejar el grupo en 1992 y ser sustituido por Paul Bosthap.
Pero lo que quiero destacar es que ésta vídeo lección y éste post pretenden servir de homenaje a la vida de Jeff Hanneman, recientemente fallecido a causa de una insuficiencia hepática.
